He is also expanding his reach beyond Florida by managing the ground-up construction of an 84-unit apartment complex in Greenville, SC.Max’s real estate journey began five years ago as a virtual wholesaler, operating across eight states. He then expanded his business to include a fix-and-flip division, completing over 160 wholesale transactions and achieving a peak volume of 3–5 flips per month. Driven by his passion for creating new developments, Max transitioned entirely into new construction, focusing his efforts on building high-quality, innovative residential projects.
